Beef Burgundy 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Top Round Steak
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (3 ounce can)
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes. Brown meat slowly in skillet sprayed with vegetable spray. Transfer to 1 1/2 qt casserole with a tight fitting lid. Add remaining ingredients and stir will. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender.

Serve over toast, brown rich or noodles.
