Marinated Pork Roast Recipe

  • 5 pounds Pork loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 3 cloves garlic (Large cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Rub inside of pork loin with salt. Roll and tie. Combine remaining ingredients to make marinade. Rub into roast. Let marinade for 6 hours or overnight. Bake, covered, at 350° for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
