CABBAGE & POLISH SAUSAGE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head cabbage(medium)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 pounds polish sausage
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
Chop coarse cabbage into pot of water; boil for 30 minutes. Turn stove down to 300° and add 2" length polish sausages. Cover and cook 1 hour or until cabbage is tender. Best served hot with corn bread.
