Conchiglioni Pasta

A pasta variety that is shaped like a conch shell. It is a large size so it is most suitable for stuffing and baking. A smaller version of conchiglioni is called conchiglie and an even smaller version is known as conchigliette. Cannelloni and manicotti pasta may be substituted.
