"This is a delicious basic beef vegetable soup with a rich tasting broth. I like the flexibility of the added vegetables and spices. I used canned tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano added so no extra herbs needed. Ten minutes before the end, I added small elbow pasta. Also glad I doubled it because the first pot got gobbled up. Enjoy!"
