Cooking Turkey at a High Altitude

Comment: I live at 6,200 feet above sea level and I find that I have to add about an hour to my turkey cooking time when roasting at 325 degrees F. Definitely use a thermometer. I once lived at 7,200 feet and had to had even more time.
