Comment: A simple, tasty way to prepare carrots for a side dish to any meal. I didn't have any honey, so I used maple syrup, and it didn't have the sweet, glazed effect I was expecting. So next time, I'll be sure to use real honey. I may also added chopped walnuts or almonds. I love veggies!!
