Fresh Apple Cake 84 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour (all-purpose)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 cups Chopped Apples
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup pecans
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients . Mix eggs, oil, apples and combine with dry ingredients, then add pecans. This cake can be baked in a 9x12 pan or tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
