A refreshing twist on the same-old grilled chicken. The unusual combination of peanut butter & jelly, spiced with jalapeno and quenched with beer make for an instant favorite!

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds chicken
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 piece whole jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Cut chicken into quarters. Place in plastic bag. Puree remaining ingredients in blender. Pour half of the mixture over chicken in the plastic bag. Marinate 3 hours or overnight. Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked, basting often with remaining mixture. Enjoy!
