Apple Pudding Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups apples, finely chopped
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add apples and chopped nuts if desired and stir. Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
