Mix rhubarb, sugar and dry strawberry jello. Put rhubarb mixture in prepared pan.
Cut together margarine and cake mix. Put in pan. Sprinkle 1 cup water over cake mix. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
