4 New York strip steaks, 3/4-inch thick (about 3/4 pound each)
1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Southwest Marinade
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

1. Mix Marinade Mix, brown sugar and orange peel in small bowl. Rub mixture evenly over steaks.
2. Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
