Apple Pie Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package spice cake mix
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 package powdered sugar (small bag)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, softened
Directions
Prepare cake as directed except reduce liquid by 1/4 cup and add pie filling. Bake at 350° as directed on package. You may need to add 10 minutes or so to baking time. Check to see if it's done.

For Frosting, mix all ingredients in mixer, and mix until fluffy. Spread on cake while hot or after cooled.
