Ingredients
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
3 cups sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup walnuts - chopped
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven at 350° F.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Mix water, eggs, pumpkin, and oil in a large bowl.
Sift all dry ingredients.
Slowly stir dry ingredients into bowl with the wet ingredients. (DO NOT BEAT WITH MIXER!)
Stir in nuts and raisins.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake for one hour or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
Cool loaves upside down on racks.
