LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 10 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup poppy seed
Directions
Beat eggs, add all other ingredient except poppy seed. Beat 4 minutes. Add poppy seed. Makes 2 loaves or can put in bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Toothpick comes out clean when done. Freezes well.
