Brookville Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen corn (2 1/2 lb bag)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream or coffee cream
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
Cook corn and drain most of water. Add salt, sugar, and cream. Bring to a boil.

Thicken with mixture of a little cream and cornstarch.
