Ingredients
  • 1 box Cheez-Its - 19 oz.
  • 2 boxes Mini Ritz biscuits (cheese sandwich bits) - 7.5 oz. each
  • 1 1/2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
Container:Large bowl for mixing

  • Combine the crackers in a large bowl.
  • Mix the oil, dill weed, and ranch dressing mix together in a separate bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour dressing mixture over the crackers; stir until crackers are evenly coated.
  • Cover and let stand for 6 hours. During that time stir the cracker mixture often.
  • After 6 hours it is ready to serve. Keep covered while storing. Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks if stored in a cool, dry location.

"Good flavored snack mix but next time I am going to add some pretzels and Crispix in place of one of the boxes of Ritz bites and some of the Cheez-Its just to add a little more variety. My kids love this type of snack mix."
