Chicken and Rice 21 Recipe

  • 1 box Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice, Original Recipe
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 packet dry Onion Soup mix
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cut up, or you can use boneless
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13x9" baking dish or round casserole dish, stir together the rice and seasoning packet, soup, water and half of the onion soup mix. Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with the rest of the onion soup mix. Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
