Grilled Greek Chicken and Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 cups fresh green beans or 1 can (15 ounce) cut green beans
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 sheets aluminum foil
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Toss chicken with beans, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in center of each sheet of foil. Double fold top and ends to seal, leaving room for circulation of heat inside

Place packets on grill and grill 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Open packets; sprinkle evenly with cheese.

OVEN: Bake at 450 for 20 - 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are crisp tender.
