Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • Marinade
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Cut tenderloin lengthwise almost all the way through, then flatten with mallet.

Place in marinade for 2 to 4 hours. Grill or broil 6 to 8 minutes per side. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Also great with chicken or steak.
