Rib Roast Coating Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 3 garlic buds, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • thyme
Directions
Rub on outside of roast the night before cooking. Bake at 425° for 1/2 hour, then at 325° for 15-20 minutes per pound.
