Spaghetti Casserole 3 Recipe

  • 2 cans Italian-style chopped tomatoes (14 ounce cans)
  • 1 pound hamburger - cooked
  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles - cooked
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • sliced green olives
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
Cook onion in margarine. Add tomatoes (with liquid), mushrooms, black olives, green olives and hamburger. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Grease 9 x 13" dish. Place 1/2 spaghetti noodles on bottom. Top with 1/2 of vegetable mix and 1/2 cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix cream of mushroom soup and water and pour over casserole. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. May freeze.
