Swiss Fondue 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 garlic cloves, cut inch half
  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
Directions
Toss cheese and flour together. Rub inside of saucepan with garlic. Add wine and heat until bubbles rise to the surface (do not boil). Add cheese and stir until melted. Serve with French bread cubes.
