German Pancakes (Flat Pancakes) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet until hot. Pour a medium amount of batter into the skillet and heat until the top begins to bubble. Turn over and brown the other side. Adjust heat to prevent burning.
