Pumpkin Gems Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 ounce can pumpkin
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Cream cheese frosting
Directions
Combine cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil, cinnamon and baking soda. Mix until thoroughly blended. Line muffin pans with papers and fill two-thirds full. Bake at 325° for 18 to 21 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Makes 24 cupcakes. Serves 24.
