Pumpkin Pudding 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked pumpkin
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • whipped cream
Directions
In 3 qt. saucepan combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, and spices. When near boiling point, add beaten eggs mixed with the flour. Let come to a good boil. Serve cold with whipped cream.
