Apple Hill Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 cups chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
Directions
Blend together sugar oil and eggs. Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, and baking soda. Add apples and nuts mix until combined. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan, Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
