Diabetic Safe Splenda Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and diced. (can us 4 1/2 cup if desired)
  • 2 1/2 cups Splenda
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 cups flour (if you use self rising, do not use soda or salt)
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix apples and Splenda thoroughly. Combine oil, nuts, eggs and vanilla, mix well and add to apples. Mix dry ingredients together and add to apple mixture. Pour all into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for 1 hour.
