Pumpkin Pudding 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs (Large)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
Directions
In a large bowl, beat eggs well. Add sugar and brown sugar. Add pumpkin pie spice, can of pumpkin and evaporated milk. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
