Ingredients
1 cup rice
1/2 gallon whole milk
Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Raisins Optional
Directions
Put rice in pot with water to cover rice, when water evaporates, add milk and salt boil for 20 minutes, test rice to see if done. While rice is cooking, beat 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar and Vanilla, beat well. When rice is done gradually combine the egg mixture, cook for 5 minutes on low.
Add Raisins, (Optional) Sprinkle with cinnamon after you put in dish. Refrigerate and serve.
