Cranberry Apple Crisp 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
Directions
Combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar. Spread in a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; blend in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream or ice cream. Makes about 6 servings.
