Peanut Butter Cornflake Chewies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups cornflakes
Directions
Cook, syrup, butter and sugar until it comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

Add cornflakes and mix until well coated.

Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper and allow to cool.
