Great Pumpkin Dessert Recipe

Another great way to enjoy the delicious taste of pumpkin. This dessert gets a lot of flavor and texture from the pumpkin, cake mix and pecans.

Ingredients
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 ounce can)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Container:9 x 13 baking pan
Directions

  • Preheat oven at 350° F.
  • In a mixing bowl combine first 5 ingredients. Pour into 13 x 9 greased pan.
  • Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Drizzle butter over top.
  • Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
  • Serve with topping or ice cream.
