Mix flour, milk, sugar, butter, and cinnamon until no large lumps remain.
Pour apples into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour batter mix over apples and bake for 30-35 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. After cooling ice with cream cheese icing.
*optional: mix cream cheese icing with pecans prior to icing cake.
