Fruit Nut Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup currants
  • 1 1/2 cups Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Bake 1 hour.

I usually divide recipe in half and use other fruit - dates, cherries, mixed fruit.
