Ingredients
  • 16 ounces PREMIO Frozen beer bratwurst - cooked, sliced
  • 2 potatoes - medium sized and sliced
  • 1 sweet potato - medium sized and sliced
  • 1 fuji apple - sliced
  • 1/2 onion - chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
Directions
  • Heat oven 400 degrees F.
  • Cook sliced potatoes and sweet potato in the microwave for 7 minutes.
  • They just need to be half cooked.
  • In a deep glass pie dish, layer sliced potato, sweet potato, sausages, chopped onion and apple then, another sliced potato at last.
  • Pour mixture of cream of mushroom and milk over the layers.
  • Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.
