Sausage and Chicken Pizziola Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Premio sweet sausage
  • 2 split chicken breasts - quartered
  • 5 large peeled potatoes - quartered
  • 4 large onions - sliced
  • 4 red bell peppers - quartered
  • salt
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • 2 cans peeled Italian tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
  • In a large aluminum pan, mix all of the
  • above ingredients.
  • Place in 375 degree F. preheated oven for 45 minutes - stirring frequently to avoid top burning and sticking.
  • Serve hot.
