Dutch Oven Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef cubes, browned
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice

  • Mix all ingredients together in dutch oven.
  • Cover and bake 5 hours in 250 degree oven.
