Ingredients
  • 6 ounces Strawberry Kiwi Jell-O
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 9 cups cold water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 46 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 litres 7-Up or gingerale
Container:5 quart plastic container

  • Dissolve Jell-O into boiling water.
  • Add cold water and sugar; when mixed, add pineapple juice and mix again.
  • Freeze overnight.
  • Take out of freezer a couple of hours before serving.
  • Serve with vodka or 7-Up or gingerale.
**NOTE: For non-alcoholic version, just add more pineapple juice or water to replace the vodka. Kids will love it this way!
