Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups apples - peeled and diced
  • 2 cups sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Mix all ingredients together until moist.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • Top with cream cheese frosting or Cool-Whip.
