White Pizza Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Lipton Recipe Secret Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - divided
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni - chopped, optional
  • 1 Italian bread - 1 loaf, sliced

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • In shallow 1 quart casserole, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, pepperoni and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with bread.
