Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 jalapeños - fresh and medium in size
  • 1 pound cream cheese - softened
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • bacon - thin sliced
  • Toothpicks

  • Cut top out of jalapeno and clean out the seeds leaving only the shell.
  • In skillet brown ground beef and stir in taco seasoning to taste.
  • Add Cream Cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Stuff the jalapenos with cream cheese mixture.
  • Wrap each one with one slice of bacon and secure it with a tooth pick.
  • Cook either in an oven or they are best on a hot grill for 45 minutes or until bacon is done.
  • Serve while warm.
