10 jalapeños - fresh and medium in size
1 pound cream cheese - softened
1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
bacon - thin sliced

Cut top out of jalapeno and clean out the seeds leaving only the shell.
In skillet brown ground beef and stir in taco seasoning to taste.
Add Cream Cheese and mix thoroughly.
Stuff the jalapenos with cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each one with one slice of bacon and secure it with a tooth pick.
Cook either in an oven or they are best on a hot grill for 45 minutes or until bacon is done.
Serve while warm.
