Taffy Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nuts (peanuts are best)
  • Apples
Directions
Mix cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Slice apples then dip and enjoy. Peanuts can be added to the mixture or you can just dip into the peanuts like you do the dip. To fix apples ahead of time, toss with lemon juice to keep from turning brown.
