  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 6 ounces garden vegetable cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound turkey, thinly sliced

Bring water to a boil in a large pot.

Add asparagus for 2 minutes, until bright green; shock in a ice bath to stop cooking.

Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on each slice of turkey. Roll an asparagus spear in each turkey slice and place on platter.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

"What a fun way to serve asparagus. I served these at a small get-together I had with some friends last night. They loved them and ate all but two. I think no one wanted to take the last ones, which was alright with me because I got to have them today! I might make these for Easter."
