Cranberry Jello 2 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cranberry flavored jello (6 ounce )
  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package Cool Whip (8 ounce pkg)
Combine 1 1/2 C. boiling water, jello and can of cranberries. Stir until the jello is dissolved. Add 1 1/2 C. cold water. Put in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Combine 1 1/2 C. graham crackers, 1/4 C. sugar, and 1/2 C. melted butter. Press into a 9x13 inch pan. Combine 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 C. sugar and cool whip until mixed. Add cool whip mixture on top of graham crackers in 9x13 pan. Add jello mixture on top of cool whip mixture layer. Refrigerate until set.
