Vegetable Casserole 45 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen vegetables (1 bag)
  • 1 can cream celery soup
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cylinder of crackers (crumbled fine) (Town House)
  • 1 1/2 cups medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Mix soup, mayonnaise, onions and 1/2 cup cheese and salt and pepper together. Add hot vegetables to mix, stir lightly. Pour in casserole dish and add cup of cheese on top then crumbled crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Will be bubbly and brown on top.
