  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

"I made these for the Neighborhood Night Out last night. I used frozen cubed potatoes that I had thawed. It was really good. I missed the crunchy topping you get from the baked kind, though. They were gone, so some people must not have minded!"
