Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound ground pork(regular hot or mild)
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 loaf party rye bread
Directions
Brown ground beef and sausage in large skillet, mixing well. Drain, stir in oregano, garlic salt, add Velveeta, stirring until completely melted and blended with meat mixture. Spoon onto slices of party rye bread. Bake 400° for 5 minutes. Serve warm. Note: These may be wrapped in waxed paper and aluminum foil and frozen for later use. If doing so, do not bake before freezing. Thaw in refrigerator, then bake as directed.
