Fresh Apple Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter flavor cooking oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups chopped and peeled apples
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour or self-rising (without salt or soda)
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Dump all ingredients together in bowl and mix well. Pour into lightly greased tubed pan and bake for 1 hr. at 350°. Store in airtight cake container. If icing is desired, use a drizzle while still warm.
