Peanut Brittle 107 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Karo white syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
Directions
Boil sugar, karo and water until honey color. Add peanuts. Cook until it pops. Add soda; pour into a buttered pan and cool. Note: heat peanuts in microwave before putting into candy. It will do much better.
